Our average rate is 25% but we have rates as low as "0" percent, yes zero %. We work with you to help your estate liquidation and consignment be the most profitable. We do this by reducing commission rates and combining or waiving expenses. This is done based on the volume of the consignment and it's value vs. the amount of labor and other expenses necessary to complete the services you need. We are a family owned and operated company.
